Badge Partner: The Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program (EICOP)

The Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program (EICOP) is a non-profit initiative dedicated to the development of the arts workforce. It focuses on empowering diverse student leaders from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) with education, training, and recruitment for various roles in the entertainment sector.

Through its HBCU IN LA®, HBCU IN NY™, and HBCU IN ATL™ Internship Programs, EICOP offers a group of selected students a chance to engage in a paid, immersive 8-10-week internship. This program is designed to provide essential experience for students aiming to enter Hollywood's exclusive circles. It strategically places talented students in competitive internships across major studios, networks, production houses, and talent agencies.
